A mosaic of hand painted whole cloth cotton using fiber-reactive dye and discharge painting. Then the cloth is cut pieced and together assembled with acrylic mediums on canvas covered wood panel.
Dawning is the response artwork from Rorpost International Collaboration project.
From one shore to another, each uniquely different, yet sharing the same elements. The same sun, moon, water and air. Stop and observe the details. The small eyes of the future. We were/are all children with hopes and dreams that play in our hearts, each seeing a ‘Dawning’ from different vantages.
